What is good advice worth to you?
What makes advice or guidance good advice?
Well I’d imagine its something to do with how helpful, useful and even timely the advice is.
How much time, effort and money it saves you.
Where did you last get some good advice from?
A family member, a friend, a newspaper ? Magazine article?
Online/website?
What would have paid for that advice?
Do people in my profession – NLP/personal change/development – give good advice?
Yes it’s structured and paid for advice but surely that’s a good thing.
Whats your well being worth to you?
How about your personal freedom and happiness?

Wonderful how technology enhance people’s lives.
In the recent past I’ve used Skype video calling to help people who aren’t able to come to my offices in Mid Norfolk.
Using Skype video calls I have been able to help clients enjoy swift and comfortable life changes without anyone having to leave the comfort of their home.
Anxiety attacks, agoraphobia, confidence and mild depression all dealt with leaving more happy clients and families.
I often realise I have the best “job” in the world.
Helping other people to experience a better quality of life through peace of mind, humour and contentment.

What a wonderful last two weeks for my clients and I at Personal Evolution.
I have been able to successfully help clients to overcome issues including depression, exam nerves, practical examination fears.
Another client who has almost completely lost their sense of smell and taste is now enjoying the “full and wondrous” smells and tastes of cooking and eating.
That’s their words not mine!
Phobia cure booked in for this week coming to.
It’s wonderful to help and guide often stressed, fed up,stuck people back to relaxed, cheerful, freedom of the mind and thinking.
It really is The Best Job in the World!

Well thanks to Chris at Jemmett Fox Media for pointing out I’m so over due to Blog/update you all.
My great clients have enjoyed a lot of personal and Business success in the recent past.

March in particular was very exciting and rewarding despite the snow and cold weather.
I was able to use Skype and work from home with my clients for NLP Coaching and change work.
Something I usually do for my motorcycle racing clients via in-the-fast-zone.com as often they are too far away – like Holland – to pop to one of my offices in Mid Norfolk, like Swaffham, Dereham or Norwich.

I was thrilled to get an excited phone from a lady I had helped with Hypnotherapy who passed her driving test after five unsuccessful attempts.
What pleased me most was when she said how relaxed, excited and looking forward to the examination she had felt.
The exam it self was a calm and fun thing to do!

A great Thank You from a Driving Instructor friend after an urgent phone call asking me for help and advice for treating a very anxious pupil.

I recently spoke to lee asking for some advice on how to handle a particularly anxious learner driver. We discussed relaxation and breathing techniques, particular language to use and speech patterns. All of these things worked wonders on my student and she went in to the exam feeling really calm. It’s amazing how a few simple things worked so well. You think you know what to say? Think again! Thanks lee.

Had a very fun and productive 1 hour meeting with Emma Parnell-Cook of Lighthouse Holistics yesterday to catch up and share some ideas and information about how to get our skills/names and how we do what we do better know in the local area.

As well as our current Dereham Times paper advert and soon to be released www.EDP24.co.uk banner advert.

We are going to have the office at Fitzroy House open to guests for a few hours one evening and one day over a weekend.
Advertising the every will be by email/flyer and maybe even a market stall!!

An idea has also formed for an event/workshop for two hours in Kings Lynn – confidence/coffee and chat is the format so far we are planning. That will advertised and published on Eventbrite.

Also updating my information and beginning to add news/blog type updates to theLighthouse Holistics site are planned with each of the people involved adding content when time allows.

Hello Everyone,
Just a short blog to say “Wow” !
Finished day two of Advanced Therapeutic Specialist with Mark Hayley .
I’m amazed at what I have learnt in the first to days.
I have some great epiphanies – ones I’m aware of and several I know I’m yet to realise.
After 10 years of using NLP it great to learn and use cutting edge, advanced generative NLP techniques and strategies.
