My aim to to help empower people with the skills that are available to help them to better their lives

What is a typical session like?

There is no such thing as a typical session! Every client comes into the office with individual needs and expectations, and consequently, no two treatment plans are the same However, the first session will include a discussion about your desired outcomes and what you hope to achieve with the therapy. Your treatment plan can then be agreed.

What is the fee?

A session of hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT lasts about an hour. The fees start from £40. A smoking cessation course consists of two sessions and includes ongoing support if required. The fee for this is £120. A session of Coaching lasts about an hour. The fee is from £40. There is no extra charge for appointments held in the evenings or at weekends.

What is NLP? and how is it used?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming™ has certainly been defined in many different ways over the last 25 years since Richard Bandler and John Grinder first began co-developing NLP.

For most people, NLP is a technology for improving communication both internally – for themselves and externally – with others.

Its also a way of learning how other people store their own experience in their minds... so that we can more accurately and effectively find out how other people think! So NLP has been called the study of the structure of subjectivity, or, the study of the structure of excellence.

From my perspective, it's about doing better things, more effectively, faster, with more fun & enjoyment, with greater passion and conviction with less stress and less uncertainty.
