The Wish list– Next send me your wish list of things you would like to change about yourself.

Your list can include things like your thinking, habits or even feelings and states of mind –

Are you stressed, worried,  anxious or depressed? – You don’t have to be.

Simply create a list of these things as they come into your mind and awareness, avoid analysing your thinking/ideas and beliefs.

I will read the list and contact you again to agree the time required to carry out the “work” – obviously ensuring that we will both know for certain when this has been achieved.

When you’re happy with the plan….we’ll get started on changing your life!
